Send privacy questions and requests through the project inquiry form and we will respond to the address you provide.

Only what you choose to send through the project inquiry form: your name, email address, company (optional), project type, target platform, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method and your project description. We also process the technical request data our hosting provider records to serve and secure the site.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, scope the work you describe and keep a record of our correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

The inquiry form does not accept file attachments, so we never receive uploads through this site. If we need documents to scope your project, we will ask for them by email after you get in touch.

The site is hosted and delivered by our hosting and CDN provider, and inquiries submitted through the form are stored in our managed cloud database. These providers process data only on our instructions.

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer it and to maintain a record of the engagement, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Subject to applicable law you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
